What needs to change for Caraway on social
Caraway consumers love minimalist kitchens (and simple recipes) and they like to consume content in video format (80% of their top posts in over a year are videos), yet their Instagram feed is packed with carousels, facts and stats –
Content that their audience and consumers don’t care about.

That’s the problem with coming up with content plans and creative campaigns that ignore the insights available from your actual consumers.
Everyday, your consumers are telling you what they love by what they engage with and what they don’t care about, with what they ignore.
But brands waste money, time, and resources making content that no one cares about.
